Every Sassy South order ships free of charge, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Because we're shipping fine jewellery, we take extra care with packaging and tracking so your piece arrives safely.
Processing Times
- In-stock pieces — dispatched within 2 business days.
- Engagement rings & made-to-order — allow 5–10 business days for hand-setting and quality inspection before dispatch.
- Ring resizing — add 3–5 business days if you request a size we don't hold in stock.
Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via insured, tracked courier. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. A signature is required on every delivery to protect your purchase. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio in Huntsville, Alabama.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@thesassysouth.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
