30-Day Returns
Return any unworn piece in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@thesassysouth.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll send a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.
- Pack the piece securely in its original box and pouch and drop it with the carrier.
Engagement Rings & Resizing
Every engagement ring includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase. Custom or engraved pieces are made to order and are final sale unless they arrive faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All pieces are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Exceptions
- Pierced earrings can only be returned if unopened and unworn, for hygiene reasons.
- Engraved, custom, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be refunded.
