What's The Sassy South's order turnaround time on in-stock items?
- We typically process all orders within 2-5 business days once submitted. You should receive an immediate confirmation email following the placement of your order. Your order then goes through several necessary steps in preparation for you; it must be reviewed, processed, and then packed with love. Once those steps are complete, you will receive an email notification specifying the option which you selected on how to receive your order; it will include either the shipping information and/or pick-up details for your order. Orders are not processed on non-business days (I.E. - Weekends or Holidays).
If I select the order Pick-Up option at checkout, where and when do I pick-up my order?
- At checkout, when you select *Pick-Up* as your shipping option, once you submit your order you will received an confirmation/invoice email almost immediately. With all order, the typical turnaround process time is usually within 2-5 business days once received. Once your in-stock order has been reviewed, processed, and packed with love, you will then receive an additional fulfillment email message notification that will include details (the specific date) of when your order is officially ready for you to pick-up.
Once you have received your pick-up fulfillment notification email with your pick-up details, all PICK-UP orders need to picked up from The Sassy South Boutique Showroom location, which is located inside Mint Julep Market. (Mint Julep Market Address: 7540 B South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, Al). *You'll find Mint Julep Market located in the Rosie's Cantina Shopping Center on South Parkway. Orders may be picked up during the stores regular business hours. OPEN: Monday - Saturday 10:00a.m.- 6:00p.m.
- What is The Sassy South Boutique's RETURN policy?
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
If you need to change the size of an item that you incorrectly selected when placing your order, feel free to contact us via e-mail at TheSassySouth@gmail.com. We will do our best to address your error if possible, prior to your order reaching the distribution/shipping phase of our order process. This can not be guaranteed.
*Incorrect and/or Defective Merchandise: All items are reviewed and inspected prior to distribution to you. If we possibly missed something, and you believe you received incorrect and/or defective merchandise, immediately contact Customer Service at TheSassySouth@gmail.com. *All claims of incorrect and/or defective merchandise must be made within *5 days of delivery date. Item must also still qualify for return by the standards listed below in the Return Policy.

The Sassy South's RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy lasts *14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can NOT accept your return because your merchandise is no longer eligible.
*If your item qualifies as an eligible return (please see list of return requirements below), The Sassy South Boutique's Return Policy is to offer you reimbursement in the form of Online Store Credit ONLY, for the price paid for the item and any eligible sale tax paid on that item.* We can not and do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items returned.
Please notice, that all original shipping cost is non-refundable, and your return shipping expense is the customers responsibility.
*Items are Eligible for Return Only If:
- Items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, have the *original tags still attached, and are not considered FINAL SALE items.
- Items are returned within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, smoke and perfume scents, or any other stains and/or damage.
- Items must be in the same condition which they were received. Your return must include the original packaging and your *order form/receipt or gift receipt, which was included in original shipment.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it; it will not be accepted by our Return Department. (If denied returns require additional S&H costs to be sent back to you, it is at the customers expense; if not paid, items will then be donated.)
Final Sale Merchandise: Final Sale means that your purchase is just that, final and is NOT eligible for return for store credit or exchange.

Shipping Your Return to The Sassy South:
To return an item, please notify us first by email: TheSassySouth@gmail.com. Include "RETURN ORDER" in the subject line. In your email, please list your *Order Number, *Item SKU Number, and *Reason for Return. Be sure to include your order form/slip receipt, which was included with your original purchase, in your return package.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for return S&H costs. As previously noted, your original S&H cost, as well as the return S&H costs are non-refundable and the shoppers responsibility.
*Important: We suggest that you send eligible returns back to us using USPS, UPS or FedEx, along with a tracking number and insuring your shipment. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-10 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Once your store credit has been issued, please note that it will have an expiration date.
